PERSONAL DATA NOTICE Onoro ("we") uses this workspace to receive, track and deliver work requests. 1. What we collect: your name, email address or phone number, the requests, comments and files you submit, and a record of actions taken in the workspace (for example when work was accepted). 2. Why: to handle your requests, contact you about them, keep an accurate delivery record, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. 3. Who sees it: only the people working on your project. We do not sell your data. Our hosting and email providers process it on our behalf. 4. How long: contact details submitted through a request link are removed after the retention period set by Onoro (default 365 days after the work is finished). Delivery records are kept as long as needed for the contract. 5. Your rights: you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting Onoro. Signed-in users can download their own data from their Profile page. 6. Security: access is limited to named users, passwords are stored encrypted, and activity is logged. If you do not provide the requested details we may be unable to handle your request.
